The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites bids for civil works related to the conversion of 33 KV to 132 KV at Fatehpur Grid Station included in the IESCO Multiyear Tariff for the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement is managed by the IESCO-PMU and aims to enhance the electrical infrastructure at the Fatehpur Grid Station near Rawalpindi. Items being procured: - Conversion of 33 KV to 132 KV at Fatehpur Grid Station The scope includes all civil works necessary for the upgrade of the grid station, ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards. The project is funded under the IESCO Multiyear Tariff with an estimated cost of Rs. 147,882,449 inclusive of PST. Eligible bidders must be registered on the EPADS v2.0 platform and comply with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 by Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at 11:20 AM. The bid opening will occur on the same day at 11:50 AM via EPADS v2.0. Manual submissions will not be accepted. A bid security in the form of Call at Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft is mandatory as per the bidding documents.
