Tender Description
The Directorate of Procurement (Navy) invites sealed bids for the procurement of CTGS SAA 12 Bore AAA and CTGS SAA 12 Bore BB. This opportunity is open to eligible suppliers who can provide the specified stores in accordance with the technical and commercial requirements outlined by the department in Rawalpindi.
Items being procured:
- CTGS SAA 12 Bore AAA (quantity and further details as per IT)
- CTGS SAA 12 Bore BB (quantity and further details as per IT)
Suppliers must submit their proposals in three sealed envelopes: one containing the technical offer (in duplicate), one for earnest money, and one for the commercial offer. The technical offer must include a bank challan of Rs. 200 for DGDP registered firms and Rs. 300 for all other firms (in favour of CMA (DP)), DP-1 and DP-2 Forms of IT with compliance remarks, Annex A and B duly filled, DP-3 Form of IT, manufacturer authorization letter (where applicable), manufacturer price list, DRAP registration letter (if medical), DGDP registration letter (if registered), and tax filing proof. The commercial offer envelope must include the firm's commercial offer, principal invoice (where applicable), and duly filled DP-2 Form of IT.
The technical and commercial offers must be clearly marked and submitted by the deadline of 17 September 2026. Earnest money is required as per the specified rates for registered, unregistered, and pre-qualified firms, and must be submitted as a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favour of CMA (DP), Rawalpindi. Only firms meeting all documentation and compliance requirements will be considered.
A practical tip: Ensure all forms (DP-1, DP-2, DP-3) and annexes are properly filled, signed, and stamped, and that the earnest money is packed in a separate envelope to avoid disqualification. Double-check the technical offer for completeness before submission to avoid rejection on technical grounds.
