Lithium Ion 100 Ahr BYD/Pylonntech 5KWhr Batteries IP65 - 1 Job 5KW GM Aluminum Structure L2 Type, kerbStone Blocks - 1 Job PV Balance of System including Circuit Breakers (Schneider/ABB/Chint), Siemens Fuses, Pakistan Cable AC Wires 6mm Input Cable, PVC Double Insulated 4mm output cable 2C, 4mm Earth Cable, UPVC Pipes (Jeddah / Pak Arab) and other accessories as per site condition - 1 Job Standard installation charges including DC Earthing 20 ft (less than 5ohm), Lightning Arrestor (5ft), and Smart App for system monitoring The scope covers all materials, equipment, and installation services at the NEDUET main campus in Karachi. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-6 or above with relevant specialized codes, possess valid registrations with SECP, GST, SRB, and Electrical Inspector license from Government of Sindh. Experience of at least three years with similar works and minimum average annual turnover of Rs 5 million is mandatory. Bid security of Rs 0.070 million is required in the form of Deposit at Call, Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Bank Guarantee in favor of Director Finance, NEDUET. Bids must be submitted exclusively through the EPADS electronic portal; manual bids will not be accepted. Original bid security and affidavit on non-blacklisting must be delivered physically to the Deputy Director Procurement office before the submission deadline. The contract completion period is one month with six months maintenance. Liquidated damages of 0.1% per day apply for delays up to 10% of contract value.
