The supplier must provide original technical datasheets and confirm compatibility with existing systems. Bidders offering equivalent models must provide detailed technical documentation demonstrating equivalence or superiority. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC category if applicable, FBR/ATL registration, and submission of bid security in the form of Pay Order or Bank Guarantee or a bid securing declaration.
