Procurement of LT Bushing Rods (Complete in All Respect) for 25 KVA, 50 KVA, 100 KVA, and 200 KVA Transformers (Amendment No.04 & No.05)

Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 for the procurement of LT Bushing Rods (Complete in All Respect) including Porcelain Bushes for transformers rated 25 KVA, 50 KVA, 100 KVA, and 200 KVA as per Amendment No.04 & No.05 and attached drawings. The procurement is for delivery on FCS (Free Consignee Stores) basis at Regional Stores Rohri and Larkana, Sindh. The loading and unloading of goods shall be the responsibility of the supplier. Items being procured: - LT Bushing Rods for 25 KVA, 50 KVA, 100 KVA Transformers (Amendment No.04) as per Drawing No. EW/DF 405, Quantity: 2934 - LT Bushing Rods for 25 KVA, 50 KVA, 100 KVA Transformers (Amendment No.05) as per Drawing No. S&S/DTF-LTB 200, Quantity: 1956 - LT Bushing Rods for 200 KVA Transformer (Amendment No.04) as per Drawing No. EW/DF 406, Quantity: 1194 - LT Bushing Rods for 200 KVA Transformer (Amendment No.05) as per Drawing No. S&S/DTF-LTB 600/1, Quantity: 796 The technical scope includes supply of complete LT Bushings with porcelain bushes conforming to NTDC/PPMC approved specifications and drawings. Prototype approval from NTDC/PPMC is required where applicable. Inspection and testing will be conducted at the manufacturer's premises and by SEPCO representatives. The warranty period is 12 months from the date of supply completion, with the supplier responsible for repair or replacement of defective items including transportation costs. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN and Sales Tax registration, active taxpayer status on FBR ATL, relevant manufacturing and supply experience, and submission of bid security. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by 15 October 2026 at 10:30 AM, with bid opening on the same day at 1:45 PM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Performance security of 5% of contract price is required from the successful bidder.
