WECHS Multan invites tenders from reputed, registered and experienced firms (Tier-1 EPC contractors) for the design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a 315 to 350-KW on-grid solar power system at WAPDA Town Multan. Items being procured: - Solar Panels 71-W to 740-W (Tier-1) or equivalent for 315 to 320-KW - VFD Invt 55 to 75KW for Wapda Town Water Turbine motors (4 Nos) - Solar Hybrid Inverters IP65 High Voltage (1 No 15-KW, 1 No 20-KW, 10+10 KW Battery Backup for 35 KW hybrid system) - Uplifted Structure for Motor of 60HP (1 Job) - 4-Inch size, 14-Gauge Pipe with U-Channel including Concrete Foundation and Paint Complete - L2/L3 14-Gauge GI Structure for Society Office having 35KW Hybrid System including Concrete Foundation (1 Job) - Complete Electrical Accessories DC Cable imported or equivalent AC Cable for 60HP Motor and 15 to 20KW High Voltage Hybrid Inverter AC/DC Breakers A-grade including complete raw material (1 Job) - Earthing & Boring AC/DC against Hybrid Systems for Society Office 35KW and Turbine 70.5 KW Hybrid System (6 Nos) - Installation Charges against Electrical & Mechanical Work (1 Job) - Civil Works Complete Construction including Material for Motors & Hybrid System (1 Job) - Transportation of Material loading & Unloading Charges (1 Job) The technical scope includes supply and installation of Tier-1 solar panels, hybrid inverters, VFDs for water turbine motors, battery backup systems, and all associated civil and electrical works at WAPDA Town Multan. The project requires a capacity of 315 to 320-KW AC grid-tied system with net metering and 2 years operation and maintenance. Eligibility criteria require valid registration with relevant authorities (NTN, GST), financial soundness, technical capability, and valid PEC/relevant authority registration with approval of similar 100-KW+ project completions. A bid security of 5% in the shape of CDR, pay order, demand draft or bid guarantee issued by any scheduled bank of Pakistan valid for 90 days after tender opening must be submitted. Tender documents can be obtained from the WECHS office during working hours upon payment of Rs. 4000 (non-refundable) per tender. Firms may purchase only one tender document but can participate in all three tenders separately. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the respective tender number by 19-09-2026 at 12:30 hours. Tenders will be opened on the same day at 14:00 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Procurement will be carried out strictly in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014 (amended to date).
