Contractors must be registered with PEC in the relevant category and have valid registration to participate. Tender documents can be purchased from the WECHS office from 28-08-2026 to 08-09-2026 during office hours. Bids must be submitted by 10:30 AM on 10-09-2026 and will be opened at 11:00 AM the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. An earnest money deposit of 2% of the bid amount is required in the form of a call deposit receipt, bank draft, or pay order from a scheduled bank in favor of WECHS Limited, Lahore. Quoted rates must include all applicable taxes and duties as of the submission date. Bidders must meet the eligibility and technical evaluation criteria outlined in the bidding documents.
