Development and Remaining Works for Parks & Horticulture Projects in Karachi by Karachi Metropolitan Corporation

Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC) through its Parks & Horticulture Department invites sealed tenders on a single stage two envelope procedure for the financial year 2026-2027. The items being procured include: - Development of Mangrove Learning Center at Mai Kolachi Karachi with an estimated cost of Rs. 50.569 Million - Remaining work of Family Park at Khuda Ki Basti, Karachi with an estimated cost of Rs. 28.238 Million The scope involves specialized parks and horticulture works requiring contractors registered with PEC in relevant categories and specialized codes CE-01, CE-09, CE-10. Bidders must have valid electrical licenses for Sindh/Khi region, active NTN certificates, Sindh Revenue Board registration, and valid CNIC copies. Technical eligibility requires PEC registration with C-5 or above category, experience of similar works with minimum 80% cost value, and submission of audited financial reports for the last three years. Bids must be submitted through the EPAD system of SPPRA Sindh and physically at the office of the Chairman Procurement Committee Parks and Horticulture Department, KMC, located inside Bagh-e-Jinnah (Frere Hall) Fatima Jinnah Road Karachi before the deadline. Tender fees are Rs. 5000 per package and bid security amounts are Rs. 2,528,450 and Rs. 1,411,900 respectively. The tender opening will be on 29-09-2026 at 10:30 AM.
