Development of Robotics and Intelligent Systems Lab at University of Haripur

The University of Haripur invites sealed bids/tenders from qualified and reputable firms, duly registered with relevant Tax Authorities of the Government of Pakistan, for the development of the robotics and intelligent systems lab. The entire bidding process will be carried out through the EPADS. The electronic bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions provided in the bidding documents, must be submitted through EPADS on or before September 24, 2026, at 10:00 AM. The bidding documents are available to registered bidders on EPADS at https://ekp.ep.gov.pk. Bids submitted through any other means will not be accepted. The tender document must be submitted in the following order: The University tender document on top, followed by mandatory documents in sequential order, and then any other. Failure to submit the required documents in the prescribed order and format shall render the bid non-responsive and liable to rejection. The bidder is required to attach 2% of the total bid value (refundable) as a bank draft or call deposit in favor of the Treasurer, The University of Haripur (attached with financial proposal). The bid will be opened on September 24, 2026, at 10:30 AM in the Procurement Office, The University of Haripur. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per KPPRA's & PPRA's rules. Errors and omissions, if any, shall be subject to rectification by the University.
