Procurement of Digital Salary Disbursement and Banking Services for Teachers and Staff of PEIMA Licensee Schools

Punjab Education Initiatives Management Authority (PEIMA), Government of the Punjab, invites bids from established organizations, companies, and firms for the procurement of digital salary disbursement and banking services for teachers and staff of PEIMA licensee schools in Lahore. This tender aims to streamline salary payments through a digital platform ensuring timely and secure transactions. Items being procured: - Digital Salary Disbursement Services - Banking Services for Teachers and Staff The contract period is initially one year with a provision for extension by mutual consent based on satisfactory performance and compliance with procurement requirements. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax and regulatory authorities and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System under PPR-14 Rule 38 (2a). The bidding process follows the Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure as per PPRA Rules 2014. Earnest Money of Rs. 150,000 (5% of the estimated cost) must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System exclusively via the Bank of Punjab. Bid security must also be submitted electronically by the deadline. Bids will be opened on 16th September 2026 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives. Only technically qualified bidders will be invited for financial bid opening. The bidding documents are available free of cost on www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders are advised to submit their bids online only; no manual or courier submissions will be accepted. The PEIMA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals without assigning reasons.
