Supply of Digital Multi Meters and AC/DC Clamp Meters for Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO)

The Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO) invites electronic bids from registered and prequalified firms authorized by DISCOs, NGC, WAPDA, GENCOS, or PPMC for the supply of Digital Multi Meters and AC/DC Clamp Meters. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 with funds reserved accordingly. The items to be procured include: - AC/DC True RMS Digital Clamp Multimeter (2000A) Primary Side, quantity 8 - AC True RMS Digital Clamp Multimeter (100A) Secondary Side, quantity 15 - Digital Multi Meter, quantity 23 The procurement will be conducted through the EPADS v2.0 electronic bidding system using a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bidders must submit a bid security as specified in the bidding documents in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft. Where bid security is not required, a bid security declaration must be furnished. Original bid guarantees must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the tender number and title before the e-bid submission deadline at the undersigned's office; failure to do so will result in bid rejection. All uploaded files on EPADS must include the firm's name and a brief description. Only type-tested equipment from designated laboratories as per NTDC Type Test Policy 2023 will be accepted. Bids without valid type test reports or incomplete documentation will be rejected. Bids must remain valid for 150 days, with bid guarantees valid for 28 days beyond bid validity. Bidders should regularly check the EPADS website for clarifications and may submit queries up to three days before the tender opening date. Conditional or late bids and those without required bid guarantees will be rejected. GEPCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
