Tender Description
Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO) Multan invites bids from tax registered firms, companies, and eligible bidders for the disposal of unserviceable/scrap material located at 132 KV Warehouse, MEPCO Khanewal Road, Multan. The procurement is specifically for burnt scrap of 11 KV Power Cables 1000 MCM with a quantity of 15,198 meters.
Items being procured:
- 11 KV Power Cables 1000 MCM Burnt Scrap (15,198 meters)
The scrap material is offered on an "As Is Where Is Basis" and can be inspected on any working day from 09:00 AM to 04:00 PM prior to the auction. Bidders must be registered on the EPADS 2.0 platform and submit their bids electronically before the closing date and time. The bid security amount is PKR 2,101,000, which must be furnished according to auction documents and EPADS requirements.
This disposal involves scrap metal, thus falling under metals and scrap category as well as asset disposal. The auction will be conducted through an open e-auction on EPADS 2.0. The highest responsive bidder will be awarded the contract subject to fulfillment of all terms and conditions. MEPCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to cancel the auction process at any stage in accordance with PPRA rules.
Eligible bidders should be tax registered and familiar with electronic bidding procedures on EPADS. The auction notice is also available on PPRA and MEPCO websites. The submission deadline is 16th July 2026 by 11:30 AM, so bidders should prepare their earnest money and technical documents accordingly.
