Successful bidders must deposit 25% of the bid amount immediately upon acceptance and the remaining 75% within three working days. Removal of auctioned boats including debris and residual material must be completed within seven days of full payment. All taxes, duties, levies, and statutory charges are the responsibility of the successful bidder. KFHA disclaims any liability for loss, damage, or disputes arising from the auction.
