Disposal of Unserviceable Scrap Items at LESCO Regional Store Shalamar

Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) invites bids for the disposal of unserviceable and scrap items located at its Regional Store Shalamar, Lahore. This procurement is managed by the Chief Engineer (Material Management) at LESCO HQ, Lahore. Items being procured: - Dismantled Conductor (U/S) ACSR Lynx, 600,000 KG at Chichoki Mallian and Fazaiya Store - Paper (Bill) Wastage & Card Board, 8,000 KG at Directorate Ghazi Grid The scope includes lifting the scrap material within 21 working days from the issuance of the Work Order under supervision of LESCO's nominated committee. The contractor is responsible for transportation, labor, and compliance with safety SOPs including provision of PPE. Sub-contracting is not allowed. The bidder must submit a fixed Bid Security in PKR as per the bidding documents. The bid security must be in the form of Deposit at Call, Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, or Bank Guarantee from specified scheduled banks. The bid validity is 120 days from the opening date. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with FBR, active on the ATL, and provide NTN certificate, income tax returns, and CNIC of the owner.
