The Public Health Engineering Division Pishin invites sealed tenders based on the Composite Schedule of Rates 2026, Government of Balochistan, for various works related to solar system installation and pipe laying in Pishin district. Items being procured: - Drilling of bore and installation of solar system for PSDP No. 4352 in District Pishin: D/D of bore 280ft (4 jobs), S/I of solar system (4 sets), laying of uPVC pipe line (4 jobs) - Provision and installation of 3 inch DIA PVC pipe for PSDP No. 4376 in District Pishin: Supply of uPVC pipe 75mm (15600 Rft), laying of uPVC pipe line (30 jobs) - Provision and installation of 3 inch DIA PVC pipe for PSDP No. 4377 in District Pishin: Supply of uPVC pipe 75mm (15640 Rft), laying of uPVC pipe line (4 jobs) - Construction of WSS for PSDP No. 4478 District Pishin: D/D of bore 700ft (2 jobs), S/I of solar system (2 sets), laying of HDPE pipe line (2 sets) - Water supply scheme for PSDP No. 4580 in District Pishin: D/D of bore 800ft (1 job), S/I of solar system (1 set), laying of HDPE pipe line (1 job) - Supply of HDPE pipe for PSDP No. 4352, PSDP No. 4478, PSDP No. 4566, PSDP No. 4587 in District Pishin: 75mm HDPE pipe (6430 Rft), 75mm uPVC pipe (9600 Rft) - WSS District Pishin PSDP No. 4566: D/D of bore 900ft, D/D of bore 1100ft, S/I of solar system 2 sets, laying of uPVC pipe line The scope includes drilling, solar system installation, and supply and laying of uPVC and HDPE pipes at various locations in Pishin district. Bidders must be registered with FBR and on the Active Tax Payer List. They should have completed at least 5 assignments of similar nature with turnover of at least 3 consecutive years and relevant PEC categories including EE11(i) Solar Energy and CE10(i) General Civil Engineering Works. Affidavits for non-blacklisting, no litigation, and no contract non-performance are mandatory.
