Construction of Drinking Water Supply and Sanitation Schemes in Southern Districts Dera Ismail Khan

The Public Health Engineering Division DIKhan is inviting electronic bids from eligible government registered contractors for the construction of drinking water supply and sanitation schemes in the southern districts of Dera Ismail Khan. This opportunity is open under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure via the EPADS portal. Items being procured: - Construction of Street/Drain/Sewer line at Union Council Ratta Kulachi, Lachra (Estimated Cost: Rs. 221.00 Million) - Construction of Street/Drain/Sewer line at Union Council Yarik Mandhra and Hissam, Chehkan (Estimated Cost: Rs. 108.00 Million) - Construction of Street/Drain/Sewer line at Union Council Kurai, Zindani, Dhap, Shumali and Kaich (Estimated Cost: Rs. 99.00 Million) - Water Supply Scheme 15 Meel Near Flour Mill: Tube Well, P/Chamber 10x10, Compound Wall, Surface Tank, Supply Main, Plate Form, Water Collecting Point (Estimated Cost: Rs. 13.448 Million) The technical scope includes comprehensive civil works for street, drain, and sewer line construction, as well as the installation of water supply infrastructure such as tube wells and storage tanks. All works are to be executed in the specified union councils and localities of Dera Ismail Khan district. Eligible bidders must be registered contractors with valid credentials as per KPPRA rules. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost in the form of a call deposit receipt (CDR) is mandatory, made out to the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division DIKhan. Stamp duty at the newly approved rates must also be included. Bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal by 12:00 PM on 18th September 2026. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. A practical tip: Ensure that your CDRs are uploaded and also submitted in sealed envelopes as required, as failure to do so will result in disqualification even if your online bid is complete.
