Renovation & Refurbishment Works of NBP IBB Rakhmandhra Branch (1675) KPK Region

The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering Wing North Islamabad) invites sealed bids for the Renovation & Refurbishment Works of NBP IBB Rakhmandhra Branch (1675) in the KPK Region, Islamabad. This procurement is conducted under the National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique for FY 2026-27. The scope includes dismantling works, PCC under floor, internal and external paint works, porcelain tiles flooring and walls, false ceiling, WPC wall panelling, wooden doors, glass partitions and doors, plumbing fixtures and water supply system, soil and rainwater drainage system, and electrical works including earthing and network dressing. Items being procured: - Dismantling and removal of existing masonry walls, false ceiling, flooring, doors, windows, grills, ventilators, glass work, electrical and plumbing fixtures - PCC (1:4:8) under floor cement concrete and PCC (1:2:4) under floor with smooth finish - Internal plastic emulsion paint and external weather shield paint - Porcelain tiles flooring 1200mm x 600mm and tiles on toilet walls - False ceiling with 7.5mm thick lamination gypsum tiles - WPC fluted wall panelling - Wooden doors with sandwich chipboard and mahogany edging - Glass partitions with 12mm thick tempered glass and aluminum/wooden frames - Tempered frameless glass doors with concealed floor door closers - Plumbing fixtures including European style W.C., wash basin, sink, toilet accessories - Water supply system with PP-R pipes and brass valves - Soil, waste, vent and rainwater drainage system with UPVC pipes - Electrical works including MCBs, copper bars for earthing and neutral, branch earthing connections, voltage drop maintenance, and networking - Branch electrical earthing system with copper plates and earth pits The technical scope covers all materials, installation, testing, and commissioning as per specifications and drawings. Bidders must have PEC registration in category C-6 or above with specialization codes CE-10 & EE-04, active FBR and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority registration, and experience of at least three similar projects costing not less than Rs. 1.0 million in the last three years. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 portal by Thursday, October 8, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bid security in the form of pay order, banker's cheque, call deposit, bank guarantee, or demand draft must be submitted in hard copy to NBP Regional Office G-5/1, Islamabad before the deadline. Technical and financial proposals will be evaluated as per PPRA rules. The contract duration is 45 days from commencement.
