Tender Description
The District and Sessions Court, Jamshoro is procuring the establishment of an E-Library at the Taluka Court Sehwan and Taluka Bar Association Sehwan located at the Judicial Complex Sehwan. This procurement is specifically for the setup of hardware, software, and furniture to facilitate digital legal research and services in Sehwan.
The technical scope includes supply and installation of Intel Core i5 14th Gen desktops with 16 GB RAM and 512 GB SSD, 24-inch LED monitors, HP LaserJet all-in-one printers, TP-Link routers, laminated tables with mid-back revolving chairs, 50-inch Smart 4K UHD TVs, webcams, headphones, and yearly internet service with law site subscriptions. Miscellaneous items such as cabling, switchboards, and wiring are also included. The contractor must provide complete internal connectivity and electrical wiring to ensure a fully operational system.
Eligible bidders must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license with category C6 and relevant electrification certificates, be registered with FBR and Sindh Revenue Board, and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Experience of at least three years with two similar completed projects and two ongoing projects is mandatory. A minimum annual turnover of PKR 3 million supported by audited financial statements is required. Bidders must submit unconditional bids with all required documentation including Earnest Money and affidavits.
The bid submission deadline is Monday, 11 May 2026 at 11:00 A.M., with technical bids opening the same day at 11:30 A.M. at the Meeting Hall, District & Sessions Court, Jamshoro. Bids must be submitted electronically via the SPPRA e-Procurement (ePAD) system. The Earnest Money of 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted as a bank draft or pay order in favor of Access to Justice Development Fund for District & Sessions Court, Jamshoro.
