Bidders must hold valid PEC registration and be active on the FBR ATL list for the financial year 2025-26. It is advisable to verify all tax credentials and ensure the submission of a 2% Earnest Money in the form of a Pay Order or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of the Director Pakistan Coast Guards. This compliance is critical to avoid disqualification.
The submission deadline is set for 20 January 2026 at 11:30 AM, with the tender opening scheduled the same day at 12:00 PM. Tender documents can be obtained from the Pakistan Coast Guards Headquarters Hospital on Kiyani Shaheed Road, Karachi, between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM on working days. All bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the specified address.
