Establishment of Emergency Rescue Station and Maintenance & Repair to DC House Rajanpur

Buildings Division Rajanpur invites tenders from registered engineering firms and contractors for two important works in Rajanpur city. Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the financial year 2026-27 and must provide a valid PEC license photocopy. All bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System. A 5% bid security is mandatory and must be submitted electronically; no physical financial instruments will be accepted. Earnest money required is Rs. 10,61,250/- for the rescue station and Rs. 1,07,750/- for the maintenance work. Performance guarantee of 10% of contract amount is required within 15 days of offer letter receipt. Bidders must quote item rates online by 15-10-2026 before 01:00 PM. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 01:30 PM in the presence of authorized representatives.
