Paint Works of Corridor Fences – Lahore Metro Bus System (Shahdara to Gajjumata)

Punjab Masstransit Authority (PMA) invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for paint works of corridor fences along the Lahore Metro Bus System from Shahdara to Gajjumata. The tender is specifically for registered tenderers with Pakistan Engineering Council in at least C-4 category with relevant civil works experience renewed for the year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Paint works of corridor fences for Lahore Metro Bus System (Shahdara to Gajjumata) The scope includes planning, construction, operation, and maintenance of mass transit systems ensuring safe, efficient, and comfortable urban transportation. Bidders must submit bids electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System by 09th October 2026 at 1100 Hrs. Manual bids will not be accepted. The bidding process follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. A bid security of PKR 1,000,000 (One million) is required, payable in favor of Masstransit Authority Non-Fare Revenue (NFR) Fund Account. Bidders must be legally established entities in Pakistan, registered as sole proprietors, partnerships, or companies with SECP, FBR, and Punjab Revenue Authority, and must have active taxpayer status. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 1st October 2026 at 1100 Hrs at the PMA office. All interested bidders should register on the PPRA website and Punjab e-Procurement portal. No tender fee is required for downloading documents or bid submission. The PMA reserves the right to cancel the tender at any time prior to announcement of results. For successful participation, bidders should ensure timely registration on the e-Procurement portal and prepare all required documents including bid security and valid PEC registration.
