The District Council Multan invites E-bids for various development works under the Annual Frame Work for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is based on rates for the 2nd Bi-Annual 2026 MRS and covers multiple schemes in Tehsil Multan and Shujabad. Items being procured: - Providing and Laying of Tuff Tiles in Tehsil Multan - Providing and Laying of Tuff Tiles in Tehsil Shujabad - Providing and Laying of Tuff Tiles in Tehsil Jalal Pur Pirwala - Supply and fixing of RCC slab / RPC manhole cover / Safety Net Jali, Repair of Sullage Carrier and drain in limit of Tehsil Multan - Supply and fixing of RCC / RPC manhole cover / Safety Net Jali Repair of Sullage Carrier and drain in limit of Tehsil Shujabad - Supply and fixing of RCC / RPC manhole cover / Safety Net Jali Repair of Sullage Carrier and drain in limit of Tehsil Jalalpur Pir Wala - Beautification of the fun art paint, weather sheet, enamel paint, etc. along with installation of Victorian Benches - Painting traffic lane marking with thermoplastic paint (tp paint) 5 inch white & 6 inch white along with fixing of cat eyes(4x4 inch) - Providing & laying superb quality glaze tile - Installation of street lights & poles - Providing & fixing of the precast edge kerbstone with paint - Providing & installation of direction sign boards with digital lettering completed in all respect - Repair of the Gully Grating The works include civil construction, beautification, painting, and installation of street furniture and lighting in the specified tehsils. The contract requires adherence to PPRA rules and submission of bids electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System (eP) using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Bidders must submit separate Technical and Financial Proposals as prescribed. Earnest money in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee at 5% of the bid price is required. Eligibility criteria include registration on the Punjab PPRA website, FBR/ATL registration, and compliance with PPRA circulars. The lowest bidder must deposit 10% performance guarantee within 15 days of tender opening. All bids must be complete and non-responsive bids will be rejected. The E-Bids submission deadline is 10-10-2026 at 12:00 PM, with opening at 12:30 PM the same day. Bidders or their representatives may attend the office of District Council Multan. The bids will be downloaded from the E-Procurement portal after the deadline.
