Provision of Tuff Paver for Motorcycle Parking Stand in Judicial Complex at Khair Pur Tanewali, District Bahawalpur

The Communication & Works Department, Building Division No. 02 Bahawalpur invites contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category or above to participate in an open E-Tendering process for the provision of Tuff Paver for Motorcycle Parking Stand in Judicial Complex at Khair Pur Tanewali, District Bahawalpur. The procurement is for civil works involving the supply and installation of Tuff Paver blocks to construct a durable parking stand for motorcycles. Items being procured: - Provision of Tuff Paver for Motorcycle Parking Stand in Judicial Complex at Khair Pur Tanewali, District Bahawalpur Contractors must register on the Punjab E-Procurement website and submit their bids online quoting rates on an item rate basis against each item of the Bill of Quantities (BOQ). A bid security of 5% of the estimated cost in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from any scheduled bank in favor of Executive Engineer Buildings Division No. 02 Bahawalpur is mandatory. No other instrument from any bank will be accepted. The contract duration is 1 month. Bidders must submit original CDRs and valid PEC license copies to the Tender Opening Committee by 13 October 2026 before 11:00 am. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of participating contractors. Performance guarantee as per PPRA Rule 56 will be required from the successful bidder. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration, FBR/ATL registration, and earnest money deposit. Contractors quoting percentage rates or leaving BOQ pages blank will be considered non-responsive. Strict legal action will be taken against any false information or fake CDR submission.
