Repair and Maintenance of Medical Imaging Equipment for Directorate General Procurement (Army) at Rawalpindi

Items being procured: - Repair / Maintenance of Angiography Machine Infx 8000v installed at CMH Rawalpindi (Qty: 1 Nos) - Repair / Maintenance of Coil, Gradient, MRI Machine 1.5 Tesla (Qty: 1 Nos) - Tube Assembly, Medical X-Ray Apparatus, 0.7U161CS-36, OEM ref 582-24275-61, X-Ray Apparatus, Radiographic Medical, Mux-10, Shimadzu, Japan (Qty: 1 Unit) - Tube Head (Qty: 1 Nos) - Repair / Maintenance of Spect CT Gamma Camera installed at Army Cardiac Hospital Lahore (Qty: 2 Nos) - Repair / Maintenance of Siemens EVO Excel Spect Gamma Camera installed at AFIP (Qty: 1 Nos) - Repair / Maintenance of Symbia E Dual Head Gamma Camera installed at AFIP (Qty: 2 Nos) The scope includes maintenance and repair of high-end medical imaging devices such as angiography machines, MRI machines, X-ray apparatus, CT Gamma cameras, and related equipment. The work will be carried out on request basis or as per contract terms, with delivery and service timelines specified for each item. Eligibility criteria require firms to have NTN certificates and to submit earnest money in the form of a bid security amounting to 5% of the quoted value (maximum PKR 1.0 million) via bank draft or pay order in favor of CMA (DP) Rawalpindi. A performance guarantee of 10% of the contract value is also required from the successful bidder within 30 days of contract signing. Firms must provide relevant documentation including CNIC copies, financial capability letters, sales tax registration certificates, NTN certificates, and treasury challans.
