Engagement of Individual Consultant for Sports Events and Activities

Sports Board Punjab, an autonomous body under the Youth Affairs & Sports Department, Government of Punjab, invites eligible individual consultants for short consultancy services as Assistant Consultant Sports for Sports Events and Activities. The consultant will work full-time providing assistance to the Consultant Sports, offering technical support for sports events and activities, advising on organizing sports competitions and tournaments by Sports Board Punjab or Youth Affairs & Sports Department, and supporting coaching and training camps, sessions, and centers. Coordination with Pakistan Sports Board, Sports Boards of other provinces, Pakistan Olympic Association, Punjab Olympic Association, Sports Federations, and Provincial Sports Associations is also part of the role. Items being procured: - Engagement of Individual Consultant (Assistant Consultant Sports for Sports Events & Activities) The scope includes technical assistance in sports event management, training facilitation, and inter-organizational coordination at national and provincial levels. Applicants must meet minimum qualification and experience requirements as detailed in the Expression of Interest (EOI) document. Applications must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Deputy Director (Admn), Sports Board Punjab, National Hockey Stadium, Ferozepur Road, Lahore by or before 5th October, 2026 (Monday) at 11:45 AM. The EOI documents will be opened on the same day at 12:15 PM in the presence of applicants. The selection process follows Rule 46 of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
