Procurement of Training Accessories Framework Contract

Punjab Enforcement & Regulatory Authority (PERA) invites bids for the procurement of Training Accessories under a framework contract. This contract is intended to streamline regulatory measures across Punjab for better enforcement of special laws. The procurement is managed by PERA in Lahore, Punjab. Items being procured: - Training Accessories The contract tenure is one year, extendable under other terms. Bidders must be well-reputed, experienced, and tax-registered companies or firms. Bids are to be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement system (e-P) only. The bidding document with evaluation criteria and specifications is available on the PERA website and PPRA portal. Eligibility requires registration on the Punjab e-Procurement system and compliance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Earnest Money (Bid Security) is 2% of the estimated cost, amounting to PKR 0.94 Million. Technical bids will be opened on October 1, 2026, at 3:00 PM, immediately after the bid submission deadline of 2:30 PM the same day. Bidders should ensure timely submission via the e-Procurement portal to avoid rejection. The presence of bidders' representatives is allowed at the bid opening. In case of official holidays, the next day will be treated as the closing date. PERA reserves the right to cancel the process at any stage as per Rule 35 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
