Procurement, installation, configuration, warranty, and support of Enterprise Rack-Mounted Servers for the Data Center

Pakistan Revenue Automation Pvt Limited (PRAL) Islamabad invites bids for the procurement, installation, configuration, warranty, and support of Enterprise Rack-Mounted Servers for its Data Center. This procurement is critical for supporting virtualization, enterprise applications, databases, and future workload expansion with high availability, reliability, and performance. Items being procured: - Rack Mount Servers (Along with all allied accessories and installation), Quantity: 5 The technical scope includes 2U or 3U rack-mounted servers with 2 x Intel Xeon Gold 65xxY+ processors or higher, 1.5 TB DDR5 memory scalable up to 3 TB, dedicated boot flash card (minimum 450 GB), primary storage with 2 x 960 GB NVMe SSDs or higher, hot-swappable hard drives, integrated RAID 1, 5, 6, and 10 with online expansion, dual 25 Gbps optical Ethernet interfaces, 2x1Gbps Ethernet ports, 1x1Gbps management port, and support for multiple operating systems including Microsoft, Linux, VMware, and others. The servers must include remote management with hardware-based KVM and all installation accessories including power and cabling. The warranty includes comprehensive post-sales support for hardware, software, and licenses for three years with 24x7 extendable support. OEM must have at least 10 years of experience in enterprise-grade rack mount servers and provide nationwide support including Islamabad, Lahore, and Karachi. Critical spare parts must be available locally with next business day delivery. Firmware and software upgrades must be proactively performed during the warranty period. Eligibility requires FBR active taxpayer status, no blacklisting, and compliance with technical specifications. Bidders must submit a bid securing declaration and comply with the fixed price and currency requirements. Delivery and commissioning timeline is 10-12 weeks from purchase order issuance. The submission deadline is Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at 11:00 AM via EPADS v2.0. Bid security must be submitted physically before the deadline. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Bidders are advised to register on EPADS v2.0 early and ensure all documentation is complete to avoid disqualification.
