Tender Description
The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) invites bids for the annual support, maintenance, review, and training services for its core IT systems, specifically EPADS v2.0 and LCBS, at NADRA Headquarters, Islamabad. This procurement is critical for ensuring the smooth and secure operation of NADRA's digital platforms, which are central to national identity management and registration services.
Items being procured:
- Annual support and maintenance services for EPADS v2.0 (as per RFB P137646)
- Annual support and maintenance services for LCBS
- Review and technical evaluation of EPADS v2.0 and LCBS
- Training services for NADRA staff on EPADS v2.0 and LCBS
The technical scope includes comprehensive maintenance of the EPADS v2.0 and LCBS platforms, ensuring system reliability, timely updates, and technical support. The selected bidder will also be responsible for conducting a detailed review of the systems and providing hands-on training to NADRA personnel to enhance operational efficiency. All services must comply with the requirements outlined in the RFB document P137646, available on the EPADS portal.
Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Firms should demonstrate relevant experience in large-scale IT system support and training, preferably with government or public sector clients. Earnest Money in the form of a CDR or Pay Order is required as per the tender document. Bids must be submitted in accordance with the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure.
The deadline for submission is 15 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids should be submitted at the Procurement Department, NADRA HQ, Islamabad. Late or incomplete bids will not be considered.
