Establishment of Eight IT Labs with Provision and Installation of All Equipment at Public Technical and Vocational Education and Training Institutes in Karachi

The National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) is inviting bids for the establishment of eight IT labs at public Technical and Vocational Education and Training Institutes located in Karachi. This procurement is aimed at providing a turnkey solution including the provision and installation of all necessary equipment to fully operationalize these labs. Items being procured: - Establishment of Eight (08) IT Labs - Provision and Installation of All Equipment This project involves supplying and setting up complete IT lab infrastructure, which may include computers, networking devices, software, and other related hardware essential for vocational training. The scope covers turnkey delivery, ensuring the labs are ready for immediate use upon completion. Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS V.2.0 and comply with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. They should have relevant experience in similar IT lab setups and be capable of providing bid security in the form of a Pay Order favoring NAVTTC Fund. The procurement will follow a single stage-two envelope procedure under the QCBS method.
