Establishment of IP PABX System along with Wifi Network at Gadani, District Hub

The National Telecom Corporation (Development South Directorate, NTC Karachi) invites sealed bids for the procurement and establishment of an IP PABX System along with a Wifi Network at Gadani, District Hub, Balochistan. All items must comply with the detailed technical specifications provided in Annex-B of the bidding documents. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have valid PEC registration in categories EE07 and EE08, active taxpayer status at FBR and BRA, at least three years of experience in telecommunication projects with a minimum of one similar work experience, and an established office in Pakistan. Bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS v2.0 portal by Friday, September 18, 2026, at 11:00 AM PKT. The original bid security in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit must be submitted physically to the Director Development South, NTC Regional HQs, Near Wireless Gate, Malir Halt, Karachi before the bid submission deadline.
