Event Management Program for Industrial Connect Career Expo Spring 2026

COMSATS University Islamabad (CUI) is procuring a comprehensive Event Management Program for the Industrial Connect (CIC) Career Expo scheduled for Spring 2026. This procurement is specific to Islamabad and involves organizing a large-scale career expo event on the CUI campus, including the setup of prefabricated stalls, marquees, decoration, air conditioning, lighting, and catering services. The technical scope includes provision of 65 prefabricated stalls each with chairs, tables, and electricity connections, a marquee measuring 100x120 feet with side curtains and full floor carpet, decorative elements at entrance and focal points, 100 HP truck-mounted chillers for air conditioning, 65 pedestal fans, ambient and illuminative lighting inside the marquee and entrance dera, a display area for student projects, and catering of 350 lunch boxes with a menu including chicken pulao, raita, shami kabab, and green salad. Eligible bidders must be registered firms or companies on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR for GST and Income Tax, and must provide a refundable bid security of PKR 100,000 in the form of a Call Deposit or Bank Draft in favor of COMSATS University Islamabad. Bidders should have experience of at least five similar catering or event management contracts each exceeding PKR 1,000,000 in the last five years. Submission of bids is through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) and must be accompanied by a hard copy of the sealed bidding document and bid security on the closing date. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for April 27, 2026, at 11:30 AM at CUI Islamabad to clarify event requirements and address queries. The final submission deadline is May 4, 2026, by 11:00 AM, with bid opening half an hour later in the presence of bidders. The work completion date is tentatively May 14, 2026.
