Hiring of Event Management Services

The Center of Excellence China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CoE-CPEC) Islamabad invites sealed bids for the hiring of event management services under an Open Framework Agreement for three years. Firms must have qualified personnel and sufficient staff strength to fulfill the assignment. Previous reputation and work completion certificates are mandatory. The last date for submission is July 29, 2026 by 11:00 hours, with bid opening at 11:30 am on the same day at the office of the Chairman Purchase Committee CoE-CPEC. Bidders are advised to ensure no overwriting or cutting in their quotations as such will lead to cancellation. The bid validity period is ninety days from the date of opening.
