Event Management Services for Islamabad Security Dialogue and Other Conferences

The National Security Division (NSD) under the Government of Pakistan invites sealed bids through the E-PADS 2.0 platform for hiring an Event Management firm to provide short term services during the fiscal year 2026-27. The procurement is managed by the Strategic Policy Planning Cell (SPPC) and covers two main tenders: Procurement of Islamabad Security Dialogue Event Management & Services and Procurement of Other Event Management & Services for Conferences, Seminars, and Events. Items being procured: - Islamabad Security Dialogue Event Management & Services - Event Management & Services for Conferences, Seminars, and other Events The scope includes holding conferences and event management, communication and advocacy, and digital media management. These services are required to be delivered on a short-term basis with a focus on quality and timely execution. The tender follows the Most Advantageous Bid / Least Cost method under Rule 3(C) of the Procurement of Consultancy Services Regulations, 2010. Eligible bidders must be registered firms with experience in event management and must comply with all terms and conditions provided in the bidding documents available on PPRA, NSD, and E-PADS websites. Technical bids must be submitted through E-PADS 2.0 by 21st August 2026 for Tender 1 and by 24th August 2026 for Tender 2. Pre-bid meetings are scheduled on 12th and 13th August 2026 at the National Security Division's Committee Room #336E, 3rd Floor, Prime Minister's Office, Islamabad. Bidders should ensure submission of scanned copies of bid security/earnest money amounting to 3% of the total bid value via Demand Draft, Pay Order, or CDR on E-PADS 2.0 and also submit the original documents at the NSD office before the closing date. Manual bids will not be accepted. The Deputy Secretary (Admin) at NSD is the contact person for submissions and inquiries.
