Event Management Services for Pakistan Super League, Bi-Lateral Series and Other PCB Events September 2026 to June 2027

Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) invites prequalification applications from experienced and registered parties for non-cricketing event management services covering Pakistan Super League, Bi-Lateral Series, domestic cricket and other PCB events from September 2026 till June 2027 in Lahore. Items being procured: - Event Management Services for opening ceremonies - Event Management Services for closing ceremonies - Event Management Services for player drafts - Event Management Services for other non-cricketing events organized by PCB The scope includes comprehensive event management for major cricketing events organized by PCB during the specified period. Interested parties must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and be active taxpayers. Prequalification documents containing detailed requirements and terms can be obtained via email from the contact person. Proposals must be submitted in sealed hard copy envelopes clearly marked as PREQUALIFICATION FOR (NON-CRICKETING) EVENT MANAGEMENT SERVICES (PAKISTAN SUPER LEAGUE, BI-LATERAL SERIES AND ANY OTHER EVENTS FOR PCB FROM SEPTEMBER 2026 TILL JUNE 2027) by or before 12:30 PM on 21st September 2026. Technical and financial proposals will be opened the same day at 2:00 PM. The Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is constituted under Rule 48 of Public Procurement Rules 2004 for any procurement grievances. Bidders should ensure timely submission and compliance with all PQD instructions.
