Procurement of EVS Voucher Cards Printing for FY 2026-2027

Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) invites sealed bids on a frame contract basis for the procurement of EVS Voucher Cards Printing for the financial year 2026-2027. This procurement is aimed at supporting quality education through public-private partnership in Lahore. Items being procured: - Procurement of EVS Voucher Card Printing (Quantity: 100,000) The scope includes printing of EVS Voucher Cards as per detailed specifications provided in the bidding documents. Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax departments and must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement (eP) System. The bidding process follows the Single Stage - Two Envelope Bidding Procedure under PPR-14 Rule 38 (2) (a). Eligibility criteria include valid NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates, and bidders must submit a bid security amounting to 2% of the estimated price (Rs. 120,000) in the form of a Pay Order or CDR. The bidding documents are available for download from the PPRA website without any fee. Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 11:00 A.M. on November 3rd, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted. Bids will be opened at 11:30 A.M. on the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives at the office of Punjab Education Foundation located at 302-H/3, Johar Town, Lahore. The bid validity period is 120 days from the closing date. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules.
