Excavation for Earthing, Spreading of Gravel and Allied Works at 132KV Grid Station Shakrial Rawalpindi

The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites sealed bids for the procurement of civil works under the contract titled 'NCB-247 Excavation for Earthing, Spreading of Gravel along with allied works at 132KV Grid Station Shakrial Rawalpindi' under Multi Year Tariff for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is planned with an estimated cost of **PKR 7,511,899** including PST. The works involve excavation in foundation of buildings, bridges and other structures including dag belling and dressing, refilling with excavated material, supply and spreading of crushed stone/water born gravel 20mm size, refilling excavated stuff in trenches, leveling and dressing for lawns, earthing pit arrangement for power transformers and 11kV incoming panels, provision and fixing of 1.5 ton AC split units, steel stairs for control house building, fire fighting equipment, office furniture, grid tools and plants, wiring materials for power transformers and allied equipment, CCTV installation, and lightning protection system. Items being procured: - Excavation in foundation of building, bridges and other structures (87.232 Cum) - Supply and spreading of crushed stone/water born gravel 20mm size (573.238 Cum) - Refilling excavated stuff in trenches in 150mm layers (69.786 Cum) - Leveling, dressing and making lawns (2700 Sqm) - Earthing pit arrangement for power transformers & 11kV incoming panels (4 Jobs) - Providing and fixing 1.5 ton AC split units (3 Nos) - Providing/fixing steel stairs for control house building (1 Job) - Providing fire fighting equipment including chemical foam, sand containers, fire buckets, CO2 cylinders (1 Job) - Providing office furniture including chairs, tables, racks, clocks, stools, notice boards (1 Job) - Providing grid tools and plants including blower, screw wrenches, pliers, drill machine, spanner sets, first aid box (1 Job) - Providing wiring material for power transformers and allied equipment including copper studs, thimbles, nuts & bolts, PVC pipes, cable glands, hooters, earthing lugs (1 Job) - Hikvision bullet camera 2MP with DVR, installation and commissioning (1 Job) - Providing and installation of lightning protection system with copper strips and shielding rods (1 Job) The scope covers all allied civil and electrical works at the 132KV Grid Station Shakrial Rawalpindi. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with Category C-6 and specialization code CE-10, have valid FBR registration, and demonstrate relevant experience including at least two contracts of similar nature within the last 10 years with aggregate value of Rs. 6.4 million. Technical staff and equipment details must be submitted as per bidding documents. Bid security in the form of Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee or Demand Draft is required.
