Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) Karachi invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for Enterprise Digital Transformation Consultancy and Project Management Office (PMO) Services. The submission deadline is 19th October 2026 till 1100 hours, with bid opening at 1130 hours the same day. Items being procured: - Enterprise Digital Transformation Consultancy - Project Management Office (PMO) Services The scope includes providing expert consultancy for digital transformation initiatives and establishing a PMO to oversee project execution within PAA. The consultancy will cover strategic planning, technology assessment, implementation support, and project monitoring.
