In case of joint ventures, only the lead and associate partner mentioned in the partnership deed is allowed. All bid securities/CDRs will be retained until acceptance or rejection of bids and will be refunded after acceptance. The GB C&W authorities reserve the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per GB PPRA rules.
