Fabrication and Supply of Solid Waste Machinery

The Tehsil Municipal Administration Tank is procuring fabrication and supply of solid waste machinery to enhance its waste management capabilities in Tank city. This procurement includes the supply and fabrication of a front end loader and backhoe, two mini tippers of 1 to 1.5 cubic meters capacity, and two tractor trolleys, all to be fabricated as per detailed specifications and complete in all respects. The chassis for these machines will be supplied by the TMA itself. Eligible bidders must be well reputed manufacturers, fabricators, suppliers, or firms with valid NTN, GST, and renewed PEC registration. They should also have a 3S facility in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, covering sale, service, and spare parts. The procurement follows the KPPRA Rules 2014 under a single stage two-envelope method, requiring separate technical and financial bids submitted electronically via the EPADS platform. The technical bids will be opened on the closing date, 11th June 2026, at 1:00 PM, immediately after the bid submission deadline of 12:30 PM. Only technically compliant bids will have their financial proposals opened publicly at a later communicated date. A 2% bid security in the form of a CDR in the name of TMO TMA Tank must be submitted sealed and marked before the closing date and time. All applicable taxes including sales tax, income tax, KPRA taxes, and stamp duties will be enforced as per government rules. Rates must be quoted on a FOR basis with free delivery to the TMA office. The successful bidder will also be responsible for providing complete operational training to the staff. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure their technical bid fully complies with the specifications and submission requirements on EPADS to avoid disqualification. Late, incomplete, conditional, or manual bids will not be entertained. The purchase order is subject to fund release, and the competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders with valid reasons under KPPRA rules.
