Procurement of Preservation Machine for Heavy Industries Taxila

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration (where applicable). Procurement will be conducted under PPRA and MoDP rules. Items being procured: - Preservation Machine (details as per Annex A) The delivery period is 3 months after signing the contract. Bidders must submit the following documents with their Technical Bid: photocopy of registration or pre-qualification letter issued by HIT/DGP/MoDP or government/semi-government organization, attested registration certificate from Sales Tax Department and NTN certificate, audit reports for last 3 financial years, attested bank statement for last year, attested CNIC copy of CEO/Director, trade link evidence between firm and OEM (if distributor/agent), judicial certificate worth Rs 100 attested by Oath Commissioner confirming firm is not blacklisted or suspended, documentary evidence of contracts executed in last 3 years with government/semi-government organizations, and a postal order of Rs 2,000 in favor of Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila.
