Fabrication and Supply of Solid Waste Machinery

The Tehsil Municipal Administration Havelian is procuring fabrication and supply of solid waste machinery to enhance municipal waste management services in Havelian, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This procurement is funded by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and targets experienced manufacturers and fabricators with NTN, GST registration, and 3S facilities (Sale, Service & Spare parts) within Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Items being procured: - Supply/Fabrication of Mini Tipper/Dipper 1.5 M3 (Chassis provided by department) - Supply/Fabrication of Front End Loader and Back Hoe (Tractor provided by department) - Supply/Fabrication of Hydraulic Tipping Trolley 05 Tons complete and 02 attached with tractors (Tractors provided by department) The technical scope includes fabrication of specialized solid waste machinery with provided chassis and tractors, ensuring full operational readiness. The successful bidder must provide complete operational training to TMA staff. Bidders must be registered on the EPAD portal and submit bids electronically under the single stage two envelope method as per KPPRA Rules 2014. Eligibility requires NTN, GST, and 3S facility within Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bidders must submit a 2% bid security in the form of CDR in the name of TMO TMA Havelian. All applicable taxes including sales tax, income tax, KPPRA taxes, and stamp duties will be enforced. Rates must be quoted on FOR basis with free delivery to the TMA office. The technical bids will be opened on 23-07-2026 at 02:00 PM via EPADS, with financial bids opened publicly after technical evaluation. Incomplete, conditional, late, or manual bids will be rejected.
