Covering Foot Over Bridge at Quetta Station and Construction of 10 New Watching Towers at Quetta Yard

Pakistan Railways, Quetta Division, is inviting sealed bids through E-Pads for two significant infrastructure works at Quetta. The department is seeking eligible and experienced contractors for the following projects: - Covering Foot Over Bridge at Quetta Station for Security Purpose (Approximate Cost: Rs. 7,423,508/-) - Construction of 10 Nos New Watching Towers at Quetta Yard (Approximate Cost: Rs. 6,650,070/-) Both works are based on the Pakistan Railways Composite Schedule of Rates 2016 and require fresh renewal of license in CE-06 and CE-10, CE-02 category with the Pakistan Engineering Council. Bidders must be registered and cleared with the Income Tax Department and active on ATL of FBR. The procurement will be conducted using the Single Stage-Single Envelope method. Bidding documents are available free of cost from http://pa.epads.gov.pk for Tender Nos. P-88879 and P-90358 (E-Pads Acquisition & Disposal System Version 2.0). Bids must be submitted through E-Pads, accompanied by scanned Bid Security (Earnest Money) in the form of CDR/Pay Order in the name of DAOP/R Quetta, and the original must be submitted to the office of Divisional Engineer-I, P.R., Quetta (Work Accounts Branch). Earnest Money required is Rs. 148,470/- for the Foot Over Bridge and Rs. 133,001/- for the Watching Towers. The completion period for both works is 2 months. Only bids submitted through E-Pads will be entertained, and the deadline for submission is 12:00 noon on 3rd September 2026. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 pm in the presence of firm representatives. The Railway administration reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rules.
