Framework Contract for General Items Including Electrical, Bedding, Stationery, Printing, Equipment, Furniture, IT, Dental, Laboratory and General Items for District Health Office District Tank

District Health Office District Tank invites eligible and qualified bidders to participate in a Framework Contract for the financial year 2026-27 through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). This procurement covers a wide range of general items essential for healthcare and office operations in Tank city, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The categories include electrical items, bedding and clothing, stationery and writing materials, printing items, contingent items, repair of machinery, equipment and furniture, IT equipment, disposable and dental items, laboratory chemicals, and other general items. Items being procured: - Electrical Items - Bedding/clothing - Stationery/Writing Materials - Printing Items - Contingent Items - Repair of Machinery - Equipment and Furniture - IT Equipment - Disposable/Dental Items - Laboratory & Chemicals - General Items The scope involves continuous supply of these items to the District Health Office ensuring uninterrupted availability under all circumstances, including budgetary delays. Bidders must be registered with relevant Income/Sales Tax authorities and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR. A bid security of 2% of the total quoted bid price per category is required in the form of a CDR in favor of District Health Officer District Tank. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS portal only; no physical or email submissions will be accepted. Original bid security must reach the office by hand or courier before the closing deadline. The deadline for bid submission and opening is 09th September 2026, with bid opening at 12:30 PM. Interested bidders should register on EPADS to obtain credentials and download bidding documents. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per KPPRA Rules 2014.
