Tender Description
The Chief Engineer (Development) PMU Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) invites sealed bids from eligible and registered bidders for the procurement of specialized electrical equipment for the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement is planned under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedure and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. The bidding process follows the Single Stage One Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured include:
- Portable DC Operated Press Machine for Rail & Lynx Conductor (Qty: 10)
- Portable Hydraulic Press Machine for 1000MCM Cable (Qty: 9)
- Hydraulic Cable Cutter (Qty: 24)
- Cable Stripping Tool (Qty: 28)
- SF-6 Gas Leakage Detector (Qty: 18)
All items are to be delivered to the SEPCO Warehouse near 132kV Grid Station, Arain Road, Sukkur within 120 days or earlier from the date of purchase order issuance. The equipment must comply with IEC and WAPDA standards, with origin from USA, Europe, Japan, or equivalent. Bidders must provide bid security as per the bidding documents and submit bids electronically via EPADS before the deadline. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
