Framework Contract for Local Purchase of Medicines

THQ Hospital Bhera, District Sargodha, is inviting contractors, firms, and pharmacies registered for Income Tax and Sales Tax with renewed active status for 2026-27 and holding a Category-A Drug Sales License to participate in a framework contract for the local purchase of medicines for the Financial Year 2026-27. This procurement is specifically for National, Multinational, and Surgical/Disposable items. Items being procured: - Multinational Manufacturers (Medicines) - National Manufacturers (Medicines) - Surgical/Disposable Items The procurement will be conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules PPRA 2014 (as amended), using a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Bidders must quote separate discount rates in percentage terms for medicines and surgical disposables based on the maximum discount from the retail price (MRP) printed on the label. The bidding documents can be obtained from the Procurement Wing of THQ Hospital Bhera upon submission of a written application and payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1000. Bidding documents must be submitted by 04-08-2026 till 12:00 PM at the office of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Bhera. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost, valid for at least 90 days, must accompany the bid in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft in favor of Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Bhera, from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN, active FBR registration, and Category-A Drug Sales License. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules.
