Tender Description
The Office of the Medical Superintendent at THQ Hospital Shahkot is inviting electronic bids for a comprehensive framework contract covering a wide range of medical and general supplies for the fiscal year 2026-27. This tender is specifically issued for Shahkot city under the Punjab province and is aimed at registered suppliers, manufacturers, and firms with valid tax registration and professional tax certificates. The scope includes supply of medicines, surgical disposables, laboratory chemicals, X-ray consumables, general store and stationery items, printing materials, bedding, dry cleaning services, biomedical gases, hardware, IT equipment, and dental materials. The contract requires adherence to quality standards suitable for hospital use and timely delivery to the THQ Hospital Shahkot premises. Eligibility criteria include registration with relevant authorities, valid NTN and sales tax certificates, and participation through the Punjab Procurement Rules PPRA 2014. Bidders must submit their bids electronically via the E-Procurement portal by 10th August 2026 up to 12:00 pm, with bid opening at 1:00 pm the same day. Earnest Money in the form of CDR or Banker's Cheque amounting to 2% of the estimated cost is mandatory.
