Framework Contract for Local Purchase of Medicine, Surgical and Disposable Items for THQ Hospital Depalpur

The THQ Hospital Depalpur is inviting bids for framework contracts for the local purchase of medicine, surgical, and disposable items for the financial year 2026-27 under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. The procurement is divided into two lots: LOT-01 for general medicine, surgical, and disposable items with an estimated cost of Rs. 6,000,000 and LOT-02 for medicine, surgical, and disposable items specifically for the CM Dialysis Program with an estimated cost of Rs. 8,000,000. Items being procured: - Framework Contract for Local Purchase of Medicine, Surgical & Disposables Items (LOT-01) - Framework Contract for Local Purchase of Medicine, Surgical & Disposables Items for CM Dialysis Program (LOT-02) The scope includes supply of drugs, medicines, surgical disposables, and related items as per the framework contract. Bidders must have valid NTN and GST registration where applicable. For medicines and surgical disposables, a valid CDSL Drug Sale License on Form-9 (Category-A) is mandatory. The bidders should preferably be located within the tehsil or town and must not be outside the health facility district. Eligibility criteria include registration with FBR, NTN, GST, and possession of a valid drug sale license for medicines and surgical disposables. Experience in supplying similar items and compliance with Punjab Procurement Rules is required. Separate bids will be accepted for multinational companies, national companies medicines, and disposable surgical items based on maximum discount from retail price. The bid security is 2% of the estimated cost and must be submitted in the form of Bank Draft/CDR. The bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the Medical Superintendent / Procurement Officer of THQ Hospital Depalpur during office hours or downloaded from the E-Pad website. The last date for bid submission is 12th August 2026 by 12:00 PM, and bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Only online (EPADS) tenders will be accepted.
