Framework Contract for Procurement of Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance Services (PMCM) for Equipment

The Drugs Testing Laboratory (DTL) Punjab Lahore, under the Health & Population Department, invites eligible bidders to participate in a framework contract for the procurement of Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance Services (PMCM) for equipment. This contract aims to ensure the proper upkeep and repair of laboratory equipment to maintain operational efficiency and accuracy. Items being procured: - Preventive Maintenance Services for Equipment - Corrective Maintenance Services for Equipment The scope includes all necessary maintenance activities to keep the equipment in optimal working condition, including routine checks, repairs, and corrective actions as required. Bidders must comply with the detailed terms, conditions, and technical specifications provided in the bidding documents. Eligibility criteria include submission of bid security amounting to 2% of the quoted lot digitally via the Punjab e-Procurement System before the deadline. Bidders must be registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). The bid validity period is 180 days from the bid opening date. Bidding documents are available free of cost on the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) and PPRA Punjab websites. Electronic bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System portal by 16-09-2026 at 2:00 PM. Bids will be opened the same day at 2:30 PM. Bidders are advised to upload their e-bids well before the deadline to avoid last-minute issues. The procurement process is governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
