Procurement of School Furniture for All Districts of Azad Jammu & Kashmir

The Elementary and Secondary Education Department Azad Jammu & Kashmir invites sealed bids from furniture manufacturers registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments of AJ&K. The procurement is for school furniture to be delivered on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis to all districts of Azad Jammu & Kashmir, including all applicable taxes, transportation costs at institute level, and any other charges associated with delivery. Items being procured: - School Furniture The tender follows the Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per AJ&K Public Procurement Rules, 2017. Tender documents are available immediately after publishing from the office of the Senior Chief Planning Cell, District Complex L-Block Muzaffarabad, from 08:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday upon submission of a written application on original firm/company letterhead and payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 5000. A bid security of PKR 300,000 in the form of CDR, Bank Draft, or Pay Order in favor of Senior Chief Planning Cell, Elementary and Secondary Education Department AJ&K Muzaffarabad must be submitted with the financial bid, without which the offer will be rejected. Complete supply of all items with approved specifications must be delivered within 120 days from the date of contract or supply order. The procuring agency reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities by up to 15% as per variation in current requirements and may reject all bids at any time prior to acceptance. Blacklisted firms, companies, suppliers, distributors, contractors, and bidders are prohibited from participating. All bidders must provide a certificate affirming their non-blacklisted status and absence of conflicts with the government in any territory within AJ&K, Federally Administered Areas, or Pakistan. The evaluation report and award of contract will be displayed on the AJ&K PPRA website.
