The Children's Hospital University of Child Health Sciences, Lahore, through its Social Welfare & Bait-ul-Maal Department, invites e-bids from eligible vendors, firms, and pharmacies for a framework contract covering the day to day local purchase of medicines, medical devices, and surgical disposable items for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is funded by three combined heads: Zakat Funds (Health Welfare Committee), Pakistan Bait-ul-Maal (PBM), and Anjuman Behbood-e-Marizan (ABM). Only those registered on the e-Punjab Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS) are eligible to participate. The process follows a single-stage, two-envelope system, requiring both technical and financial bids. Bids must be submitted online via e-PADS by 26-08-2026 at 11:00 AM. The bid opening will take place the same day at the office of the Assistant Director Social Welfare & Bait-ul-Maal Department, Room No. 30, OPD Block, The Children's Hospital & UCHS, Lahore.
