The Children's Hospital University of Child Health Sciences, Lahore, through its Social Welfare & Bait-ul-Maal Department, invites e-bids from eligible vendors, firms, and pharmacies for a framework contract covering the day to day local purchase of medicines, medical devices, and surgical disposable items for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is funded by three combined heads: Zakat Funds (Health Welfare Committee), Pakistan Bait-ul-Maal (PBM), and Anjuman Behbood-e-Marizan (ABM). Items being procured: - Medicines (various categories, as per hospital requirements) - Medical Devices (as per hospital needs) - Surgical Disposable Items (all types required for hospital operations) Specific item list not provided in the notice. The technical scope includes supply of all listed items as per the hospital's daily operational requirements, with vendors required to possess a valid Drug Sale License (Form 9) for retail sale. All firms must be registered for General Sales Tax and Income Tax, and must demonstrate established credentials in technical, financial, and managerial capabilities. Only those registered on the e-Punjab Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS) are eligible to participate. The process follows a single-stage, two-envelope system, requiring both technical and financial bids. Bids must be submitted online via e-PADS by 26-08-2026 at 11:00 AM. The bid opening will take place the same day at the office of the Assistant Director Social Welfare & Bait-ul-Maal Department, Room No. 30, OPD Block, The Children's Hospital & UCHS, Lahore. A 2% Bid Security of the total estimated budget (**PKR 600,000**) must be deposited as a CDR or Pay Order in the name of the Medical Director. The successful bidder will also be required to submit a 5% Performance Guarantee of the total allocated budget.
